Merchants and Suppliers compete to win the Buttle Challenge Cup
An on-going series of challenges running through the event, providing the vital ‘needle’ element. Merchants and suppliers can invent challenges for one another, keep score and contribute to their own side’s overall total. The current holders of the Buttle Challenge Cup are the merchants.

Thursday 26 June
| Jeep Safari – Half Day | |

If you like excitement then this could be the tour for you. Top of the range 6-seater jeeps pick delegates up from the Hotel for this half-day tour. The climb towards Teide National Park is a spectacular one as the landscape changes from the arid south to the pine trees and the lunar landscapes. The drive will pass Guia de Isora, Santiago del Teide and onto the National Park. A stop will be made for light refreshments and coffee at the Parador del Teide. |
| Northern Delights – Full day | |

Delegates will be picked up from the hotel. The drive along the north coast road towards the La Orotava valley is beautiful. On arriving at La Orotava delegates will visit the historic centre of town and Casa de Los Balcones. Lunch will be served at El Monasterio, a spectaclar restaurant located in a re-converted monastery, before commencing the drive back to the hotel. |

Teide & Northern Delights – Full Day |

This full-day tour takes in the spectacular landscape of the arid south to sub tropical lush vegetation and the lunar landscapes found in the National Park. The drive will be via Chio where the islands of La
Gomera, La Palma and El Hierro can be seen on clear days. The tour will enter the National Park though the Llanos de Ucanca (lava plaines on the edge of the volcanic cone) an area used on several western and sci-fi movies. After vesting the lava rivers and lunar landscapes lunch will be taken at the Parador Nacional del Teide, a restaurant located at the base of the peak offering breathtaking views. The tour will return via the Vilaflor road – the highest town in Spain. |
| Santa Cruz Shopping – Half day | |

For those of you who like shopping Santa Cruz has it all. It is the provincial capital and major port and a pleasant City with shady streets to wander through while choosing the right gift whilst browsing the up-market department stores. Guests can visit a range of museums and monuments in their own time before returning to the hotel. |

| Exclusive Catamaran – Half Day | |

Delegates will be transferred to Puerto Colon to board our own exclusive catamaran. We will sail into an area of water in the south of the island known for the diversity of marine life and a site well known for sightings of pilot, toothed and sperm whales, as well as bottlenose and spinner dolphins. |
